Burr its Cold in Here

 

Last week we finally got some cold weather here in Texas. Real cold weather people.

I was on call at el hospital and me and Boyfriend wandered around Khols.

This is what I wore:

Boots: Target

Jacket: Gap (thrifted for $3)

My week from my phones perspective:

1. New shoes as an early Christmas/Birthday gift from Stefani - My twin

2. Brunch with boyfriend before class.

3. My last minute Halloween costume. The hospital put me on call last minute. So I got to take the twins trick-or-treating! I was 80s. or as my little sister decided. Plum, from Strawberry Shortcake.

4. My little Sister M, drove all the way from Austin to Houston to trickortreat with the little ones.

5. Babysitting my little brother and sister with Boyfriend makes me so excited for our future.

6. Working Halloween week means eating too much candy

7. Little sister discovering you have a front facing camera on your phone is priceless

I live off coffee. 

I love the Style Mint shirts but I think $30 is a steep price to buy a t-shirt online. Especially when you cant try it on or see it in person. As much as I want to try it, Im still a broke college kid.

Rain, Rain, Go Away...

Yes, it is 1:40 am. and Yes I am awake. I am not sleep blogging. 
I'm slowly finishing a paper that's past due. Today was not a great day. Boyfriend and I fought a lot, but luckily that's all better now. Relationships aren't always easy. and they take lots of work. Luckily I have someone who really loves me and believes in us.


Ok. enough sap.


It is STORMING outside right now. Its so windy!! But. I touched the window and guess what!?! its cold outside!!! The high for today is suppose to be 65! in Texas! Crazy stuff if you ask me. But I can't wait.

This week on the show we were introduced to a new Irish character. Listen to this boy sing! So old school and dreamy sounding. Love it!

Boots

I love these motorcycle boots. I bought them last year from Forever 21 and I still adore them. 

The only trick is they collect dirt pretty easy and they are kinda hard to clean.

Any suggestions for cleaning boots?

Every year they host a hot air balloon festival. Its set up like a carnival and tons of balloons are seen all weekend around the area. Its a magical sight to see. Back in high school we would have marching band practice outside on the weekends and there would be hot air balloons landing in the feild. Its always one of my favorite weekends.

Mines the LOVE.

Boyfriends is the haunted house.

His is wayyy better.

But I still like mine.

Unfortunately I didnt get to celebrate Halloween this weekend. On Saturday I went with boyfriends family for a big birthday celebration, and we spent Sunday doing Spanish homework and snuggling and watching Captain America. I was also on call Sunday night. 

But I still had a pretty great weekend.
