Best Friends in ATX

Hello Friends!

This blog post features two of my BEST friends!!!

First off, a little back ground as to what I've been up to:

1.Valentines Day was AMAZING!! I dont want to give away any surprises, but I should have a post about it up in a few days. But it was good :) I have the best boyfriend in the whole wide world

2. Nursing School: Last week I had two tests, I made an A and a B. Today I had a test that I barely studied for and I made an A!! Holla!

3. Girl Scout Cookies

4. I went to Austin, TX this last weekend! It was a very nice breather from school! We went to watch little sister run a half marathon!! GO MADDIE!

But, these pictures posted are from a trip to Austin in the beginning of January. Sorry for the late post!

5.Today is the Ash Wednesday! The first day of Lent! Being Catholic, Im excited to dive deeper into my faith over the next 40 days! 

6. I thinking of opening a little Elephants and Feathers shop to sell some of my vintage finds. What do you kids think of that??

7. Did you watch Glee last night??? OMG

8. One. Tree. Hill. Tonight. Chad. Micheal. Murray. Is. BACK. 

Lastly,

like I said, these pictures are from January when i visited one of my best friends Kyle in ATX with my little sister. We strolled around the UT campus and took some pictures.

This is what I wore to church on Sunday. Yes, Im sorry for the none face pictures. expect a few more of those to come. When Im busy and boyfriends busy, we dont see each other much. Which equals no one to take my pictures, no good self timer spots and no tripod. But fear not my friends, this weekend little sister M will be home, and shes kinda amazing at taking photographs.

But I really wish I had a better picture of this skirt. Its beautiful and so girly, you just want to twirl in it. I thrifted this skirt and I've had it for 8 years and Ive worn it maybe twice? Im thinking we will see this skirt more in my future. This belt actually came with a dress I bought of the same print. Heeeyyy go free belts!

Tonight is my overtime night at work. Gooooo extra money. I hate thursdays because I miss my showsssss. 

My Shows:

(the definition of "My Shows": shows I've followed allllll the way from back in the day and feel an emotional attachtment to the characters. I some times talk about them like we are real life friends. Just so we are all clear on how crazy I am.)

1. Greys Anatomy

2. One Tree Hill

 (the season that starts in January will be the last one (sadface))

3. The Office

4. The O.C.

Yes, I realize that this show is no longer on air.

 I still watch reruns and own all of the seasons.

and still add quotes into everyday conversations that noone understands.

5. Season 1-3 of Gossip Girl. Then it got too weird for me.

6. Modern Family

7. Glee!

Shows I Love to watch, but have far less of an emotional tie to, also I barely ever have time to watch these, but try when I can:

1. Parenthood. 

2.The current season of Gossip Girl

3. Parks and Recreation - funniest show!

4. Up All Night

5. 30 Rock

6. Happy Endings

7. Pan Am

  (such a great new show!! I love the glamour and fashion of the 60s!)

So..... If you cant tell, Im a tv junkie. granted I barely have time to watch any of them these days, but I like to pretend I have time to do everything.
