Polka Dots

Today I only have time for a quick post. Between papers to write, picking up overtime at the hospital,  sleeping, and redoing my closet,  I've been one busy chica.

And yes, you read that right. We are redoing my closet!!

When we moved in here in August, there were old fashioned "hooks" to hang clothes on and shelves underneath that, so that there was no room to hang anything up. So my daddy and my boyfriend took out everything! The selves, the hangers, and completely redid it. I must admit, its turning into my dream closet!! I'll be sure to post pictures as soon as it is finished!

I bought this lovely top on Friday at Value Village  while me and my twiny were looking for Halloween stuff. I cant wait to pair this top with a pencil skirt and tights when it cools down. Im very excited. But on Saturday I wore this to dinner with my boyfriend because I was feeling lazy.

Also note my awesome tassel necklace that I also got while thrifting. I've been wanting a tassel necklace forever! So excited.

Tonight me and boyfriend are going to go exercise at the park. And he doesnt know it yet, but I'm on a hunt for pumpkin ice cream!!!!

The Vest

Happy Monday everybody!!

I hope everyone had a lovely little weekend.

I worked, relaxed and went to the Texas Renissance Festival!!
but more on that at a later date.

Today Im showing off this lovely little vest I got last year in a resale shop in Austin.

I am a big fan of tan and black together and I thought that this outfit was perfect with the leather and lace together.

Yes, I admit its a bit busy, but I still like it.

Sometimes busy is good.

I need YOUR help

Ok, so. I got this dress. I love it its adorable and a bit artsy looking. But problem is I bought it in May, wore it once, and havent been able to wear it again. But, problem it, now its getting a bit chilly outside, and I dont know how to make it fall apropraite. Should I layer? Add tights?

Im at a loss.

Any Suggestions on how to make this dress Fall appropriate??

We had a birthday party for my little cousin and all the sisters were reunited. Something that doesnt happen very often.

I stuck to my color scheme as of late and wore brown. Because it feels fall-like to me.

Boyfriend took some very nice pictures of me.

Today is Monday, which means I have a ton of school work to catch up on from the weeked!!

Anniversary

These pictures are old. From August when me and boyfriend celebrated our 3 year anniversary. I never got a chance to post them. And lately I've been feeling so lovely dovey I figured it was a pretty good time to.

For dessert we ordered "a dessert cheese burger" - everything was made out of sweets!! the bun was a orange soaked cupcake! the 'meat and lettuce'  was made out of chocolate! and the fries were mango with a rasberry dipping sauce! It was so good and cute. I loved it.

On Saturday we celebrated my cousins 16th birthday.

and boy did we celebrate.

All of my family was there.
