All that Sparkles

(This handsome fella is one of my best friends Kyle.)

My step dad recently had his "band" play in a local bar. My friends, family and out of town relatives came to watch him play.

I decided to wear a sparkly vest.
Funny story.
It was dark in the bar we were at.
Everyone thought I was JUST wearing a sparkly vest.
Because the shirt I was wearing is blush. and looked skin color.
did I mention my family was there??

Vest

This is what I wore today. I bought this amazing vintage leather vest in Austin last year at the coolest vintage shop. Austin has the best vintage shops. You can find the most unique things there. I feel in love with this vest at first sight.

I dont know about you, but I am crazy excited about Thanksgiving this week!! I forone cannot wait to stuff my face!! Even though I am a vegetarian, on Thanksgiving I still eating my grandmas stuffing. Yes, she puts little bits of turkey in it, but for this one day of the year, I dont care. Its the best. Ever.
Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. I get to see all of my family, and eat and the Chirstmas spirit is just begining. Me and my sisters have the tradition where we all wake up and watch the Macys parade together while we get ready to go to our grandmas.

What are you most looking forward to on Thanksgiving??

The Vest

Happy Monday everybody!!
I hope everyone had a lovely little weekend.
I worked, relaxed and went to the Texas Renissance Festival!!
but more on that at a later date.

Today Im showing off this lovely little vest I got last year in a resale shop in Austin.
I am a big fan of tan and black together and I thought that this outfit was perfect with the leather and lace together.
Yes, I admit its a bit busy, but I still like it.
Sometimes busy is good.
Right?
